Secondly, write articles (not an advertisement) about the niche of the website and submit them to article directories with a link to the website in the articles signature. Participate in appropriate forums with a link to the website in your forum's signature.

Is there a form for website viewers to signup for a newsletter? This should be a double optin signup via an autoresponder so you can broadcast regular newsletters.
