my blog is not in google search?

AJ gave you the first tip. Have you set your blog to "public"? If yes, does the "ping" work? Did you place there some directions like this (I use them all and more):

Next: Do you publish new and unique articles regularly?
If you answer all this questions with yes, then your blog should appear in Google, even without links.

My new blogs appear within a week always.
If not, there is a mistake somewhere!
