what website would be good for starting a blog?
I would like to start a blog. I have never done one and I thought it would be fun to give it a try. I want to find a website that is fit for *teens* and that is *safe and reliable*.

I don't know much about the blogging world and I just want to find an easy-to-understand website that would be good for "beginner bloggers".
