LinkedIn is just a way of connecting with professionals. It is not necessary that people who have profiles on LinkedIn are bound to be good or poor in their work. It has got nothing to do with it.
The kind of work an individual does, totally depends on the individual's abilities and efforts he puts in. So why don't you interview people in detail before hiring them? The traditional way! Smile
