He's trying to find closure. You're probably the only girl to cut him off as soon as it was over.
It tends to drive a man nuts! LOL
Just continue to ignore him and eventually he will stop but he may never completely stop until you give him some time to explain himself or ask why or how you could just block him out.
It's his ego looking for answers.
