What is the best free blog site?
I was looking into starting a blog to help develop my writing - any tips on which free one to use? There's plenty to choose from.

From what I understand, some have more flexible templates while others are easier to use. But what about more traffic - would people be more likely to find your blog if it was on a more popular site?
