false ,you are dead wrong..
sorry pal but twitter is one of the most famous websites out there ...not to mention a part of the government Monitors every move you make.

like if you say i molested/killed/planted a bomb/ i'm a Nazi and brag about it or you claim to know about it ... you can bet the gov is going to track u down.

anyway besides that it all depends on how u describe "useless" , one mans trash is a another treasure .. so it depends on the person
