What are some good ways I can make money with the current situation that I am in?

I am in my early 20's. Never really had a real job but I have worked from home as a computer technician. I've fixed viruses, power problems, internet connections, replaced cpu's, hard drives, and RAM, and I've installed clean operating systems on computers for people. Last year business for me was a bummer. I didnt get to make much as other years before but haven't been making to much overall. I also go to a community college full time and I do not receive financial aid. At the moment I am stuck at my parents house, with no money, no car, and going through a debt with hospital bills. So what should I do? Any ideas? Should I try something else other than computer repair? Or is there any way that I can make my computer repair business come to life with the current situation that Im in? Positive comments only...please. Thanks!!
