It is a scam and there are paid to do such scams.
when you click that page it will post a message on your friends wall saying that you have taken profilestalker and he know who viewed his profile.So now your friends click on it and it spreads.when a person clicks on it he is redirected to a website.the owner of the website pays money to those who made the scam for every unique page hit.
