£20 to see a doctor! Is this "Social Justice" as described in the SMF "about us" page?

Think this is just another under-handed attempt to tax the already sick/disabled/infirm.
First step of privatising the NHS?
That started long ago with b'liars restructuring of the basics of health care for all.
While we all argue about who can or cannot afford the fee, those in charge push pens to paper & waste more NHS funding on the next lot of guidelines to aim for, while our population exploded but the general hospitals didn't keep up.
It will help stop people seeing their GP, decrease demand on hospitals & save the service money.
Exactly what they want it to do.

AND I think it's disgusting.
Wales get free prescriptions, Scotland will follow soon & free hospital parking... guess here in England patients will be paying £20 to see their doctor & everyone else will benefit!
