this is merely a play on words, you have to agree (unless you are living in a bubble) that currently the greatest terrorist threat to humanity is coming from islamist extremist belief factions, we only have to listen to victims stories from locals living in Timbuktu, here people have been beaten for just shaving beards, schools closed and historic artifacts destroyed and that's before we mention all the rapes and criminal damage caused, amputations and incarcerations.
