What do you think of using the Gay 'marriage' vote to sneak through a secret justice bill?

If the people can't pay attention to more than one issue at a time, they deserve what they get. The Justice and Security bill is as well documented as any other bill.

The Mail story is also grossly misleading. It states that the government 'introduced' the bill under cover of the gay marriage debate, and this is completely false. In fact, the bill has been on the order paper for some time, and has merely returned to the House after Committee stage hearings, as is NORMAL for bills. Both the Houses still have to consider the bill before it becomes law.
