How do you solve this issue of computer Virus?

This is a type of malware crap itself known as 'rouge' anti-virus. By allowing it to scan your system, you may have allowed it to install on your system (it's a trick; a pop-up designed to trick users into installing it).

I suggest scanning with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - it is very good at detecting and removing these types of 'rouge' malware.
