How do you solve this issue of computer Virus?

That is your fake rouge spyware. Usually a trojan. It got your information out of your computer. Your email address, IP#, bank # and credit # if there. They will use it and sell it.
I hope you have a firewall.

Try running your anti virus in safe mode to get away from the trojan.
The thing will get worse.
It is in your start up
and add and remove programs
The uninstall in the add and remove might be blocked.
