It does sound like you are hypersensitive. And you need to define emotional infidelities. What do you mean? It's ok to admire pictures of hot guys that are not you. His actions and how he feels toward you should matter most. He should not physically do anything with anyone other than you, and he should pay attention to you and your needs....but if you are over the top jealous over something that is not there, then maybe you should not be together and you should seek counseling to determine what is going on within you...of course couples counseling could benefit you both.
