This could be a many number of things, which I will not list here.

The most likely culprit is your web browser. Whatever one you are using now should be updated, temporary internet files cleaned up, and factory settings reset.

One way to troubleshoot this is to install a web browser that you are not currently using (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.) without importing information from another browser, and see if you have the same problem.
