A great place to start when looking for universities is U.S. News, they rank colleges in the US and take a look at many factors. Here is a link to the top online undergraduate programs: http://www.usnews.com/education/online-e.../bachelors
All of these universities will certainly be recognized within the United States. I actually work for the #8 ranked school, Brandman University. You may want to learn about the different levels of accreditation too, you will be able to find good information here: http://www2.ed.gov/admins/finaid/accred/index.html You should also talk to local employers to get a sense of what they are looking for. You may find that some employers prefer a local degree because the skills you will learn may be more relevant to local employment. Your first step should be to find and connect (via email, linkedin, or twitter) with someone that has your dream job and see what level of education and experience they have. Good luck in your search! Ads |
