A soulmate can be someone who you were meant to be with, but not necessarily in a boyfriend & girlfriend, or husband & wife kind of way. It can be any person you have a very strong bond with.
For example, it can be a friend, and you two share many things. For example, you can feel when he/she is in danger, sad, etc. It's sort of like your other "half." In my case, I've been dating someone for a very long time, yet i know he's not my soulmate. Yes, we can possibly get married in the future, but he will just be my husband & I would love him very much, but he will not be my soulmate. I do think I have a soulmate though... I can feel when this person is in danger, or nearby. He was once in jail, and i hadnt seen him for almost a year. I knew he was in jail, but didnt know when he would be out. Suddenly, one day, i just got out a piece of paper and started writing him a letter. I clearly remember writing things such as "Hey, you're finally out... i've missed you. How have you been?....and signed it with my name, time and date (March 27th). That day, I had practice at school (5 pm) and i only took one thing with me...the letter. i fold it and kept it somewhere safe. About 3 hors later (still at school) I get this "unknown" call.. It happened to be this person. I honestly was like WTH!?! Lol, He told me he got released and asked me where i was, so i told him "at school" & he said "cool! im at a friends house in front of your school. ill be there in 5 mins.." So yeah... i saw him, and told him "you know... i had a feeling i would see you today, so i made you a letter.." He also was like wth?! But i think he's used to it now. These feelings come back from time to time, and theyre never wrong. I love this person with all my heart, but just as a friend. A friend who i believe to share many things with, and no matter how many bad things we've been through for the past 7 years, we always come back to each other. That's my soulmate. Someone who i believe i cant be without, even though i may not love him like a partner. Just someone who you can't picture your life without. I hope i helped. Sorry I wrote a lot. (A soulmate is someone that you were meant to share things and have a bond with as for a "lover" relationship, you chose that person.) A soulmate is sort of like "destiny." It was just meant for you and that person to have some sort of (friend, family, lover) relationship. Ads |
