This issue could be with the driver or the wireless card itself.

As Boris 24 has mentioned, you can update the driver from device manager or logon to http://www.support.dell.com and download the latest driver for the wireless card.

At odd times, this could be a problem with the connection between the wireless card and the mother board.
I would recommend you to check the connection of the wireless card inside your system. (You can download the service manual for your system from the link below.
