I know it's hard but you need to leave her alone. She obviously felt smothered by all your actions (or didn't appreciate them) and it got too much for her, how do I know, I'm in the same position as my ex broke up with me 5 weeks ago and It still does. The best chance you have to get her back is to stop all contact. So when you don't text her in the mornings, day and night she will be thinking why isn't he texting me and will start to miss you! She will then probably make contact with you and when she does act like you are absolutely fine and don't beg for her to take you back or tell her how much you love her as she will think you haven't changed. That's what I'm doing and I have now realised I don't really want her back no can find someone much better for me. You need to show her you don't need her! Don't try make her jealous, don't go on Facebook or twitter. Just keep it on the low down and hang out with friends. Girls are crazy man and actually prefer a guy who cares less about them and treats them like shit. But she will realise one day what she has lost. Good luck!
