Is it fair to penalize social networks like Myspace or Facebook for the actions of it's users?
Or on sites like craigslist where a young woman responded to an ad for a nanny and the guy who posted the fake ad kills her once she gets to the address. Who is at fault in these kinds of cases--the network or the user?
