How do you get someone actual IP address (not ISP address) and how can you trace their location from that?
I know how to get the ISP address but that is pretty useless in getting anything. I ask because someone has made fake facebook accounts of me and my friends and I want to track this person's location so that I know who it is. Ive heard something about using netstat in command prompt whilst sending a file but im not sure.
