What is the actual difference between Democrats and Republicans?

There is no real difference in my eyes; it's all just political storytelling.

One party, the Republicans, set themselves up as Ayn Randian businessmen fighting against the communist aggressors, whereas the others set themselves up as noble populists waging a war against a corrupt oligarchy.

And yet, BOTH wage undeclared wars and make money at your expense. They may argue over things such as social issues so they can get votes, but there are no fundamental differences between these Bilderberg Conference a-holes.

As you can probably see, I hate both parties.

Edit: I see the notion that the Democrats are for peace is still present. Who extended the PATRIOT Act? Democrats. Who signed in the NDAA? Democrats. Who expanded the drone war to six times what it was under Bush? A democrat. Who told the entire political system to blow itself and got us involved in Libya? A democrat.

They did this with Republican help, but let's not pretend they're all for peace.
