Maybe since you two have drifted apart, he thinks you aren't into him anymore and he is trying to get over it.. What I would do would be just text him or fb him and ask him if you guys do have a special thing or whatever.. Just confront him, and tell him how you feel and how you want to keep in contact more often Smile good luck
