That depends entirely on what YOU are downloading. The program isn't breaking any laws. If you are downloading copyrighted material without consent, YOU are breaking the law and the law will come after YOU. Owning a gun isn't against the law. Using it to rob or kill someone is. Use a tad bit of common sense.
