Hootsuite will let you do it with a pro account that costs 5.99/month. But it's worth it since you can do unlimited RSS feeds and you can feed it to your Facebook page.

Although, it's recommended that you post blog posts to your Facebook page manually and not using an autopost application as Facebook often hides auto posts in the Newsfeed which greatly reduces the chances that your post will be seen. Facebooks algorithm gives preference to manually posted items.
