Nah!!!!!! it shouldn't be banned. It is the reason why horses are treated so well. Their stables are so well maintained and their owners keep extensive care of them for this simple reason. If they ban horse-racing it would be bad for us too. we would lose a source of entertainment too(this sounds selfish!!).
Edit: Horses are trained to run every time or they have a nice spanking from their trainers. I'm a horse-rider and I've seen young foals being trained to be good horses at my school's stable. the trainers hit them bad, so when they grow up they follow the riders instructions. that's a brutal period of any horse's life and i was feel sooo bad whenever i see a foal being trained. they are hit bad so when they grow up, they are so scared to get that spanking and that is why they follow our orders...... A horse rarely refuses commands when it grows up and ever if it does, that means it is either frightened or in a bad mood and if it continues to refuse for a few days, the trainer treats him bad again until it starts accepting commands. This is sad but necessary for riders safety |
