Virus infects my computer at random times?

Its probably a worm virus and is still on your computer your virus protection is detecting some of its activity but can't get it all so it will slowly get worse its like cutting the weeds off the top but leaving everything else

If I were you I would backup my data and reformat my hard drive before it crashes the whole thing (because it will)
