If the Genocide that happened in Rwanda in 1994 were happening now, would the world's response be different?
The world sat back and did almost NOTHING while 800,000 innocent people were murdered in an act of genocide in Rwanda in 1994.

If these events were unfolding in 2011, would things be different?

Would the internet, social media, and other media coverage which is different from the way things were 17 years ago create a different response from world leaders?

Would there be military intervention today?

What do you think?
