She probably likes you as a very good friend. And yes, it is very much possible to spend all the time and doing all those texting/hanging out etc. with a friend who is of opposite sex. It's not her fault that she does not feel differently for you and its not your fault either that you feel differently. Now the common space for both is the friendship. So why don't you just accept her as a friend and start dating someone else.
