I have a Dell PC and am running Windows XP. I have mostly used Google Chrome now it just stopped working.?
I uninstalled it from (remove/add programs) and tried to download it again.Every timee I try a message pops up that says "Google Chrome has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for any inconvenience. I even tried where it says retry and same thing happened.
The only thing I know about computters is how to turn it on get to internet , facebook, games etc... As far as browers and all that I am lost. I now have no choice but to use Internet Explorer and it goes so slow and every time I click to go on some where it opens a whole new page and takes forever to load, and is always popping up when my grand son is playing Jumpstart.
WHY WILL GOOGLE CHROME NOT INSTALL? I have been using it all along til itt just stopped working about a week ago? Is there another browser I can use with Windows XP? Why does Internet Explorer take so long to load and why does it open up a new page every time I click on something? Chrome never did that. ( ex: if I am on fb and want to comment when I click on comment I have to wait for IE to open up a new page before I can comment at that rate so may pages are open) What can I do??? Please try to make answer easy to follow cause grandma here knows very little about computers. Thank You
