What is the "Other" category on my Itouch? Should it be that high?

Did you make sure to click the "clear cover art" button after right clicking? Or did you selest your entire library and check the album art box, because if you did the latter, then the album art still takes up space, and you have to "clear" it. Also, do you have voice over? because that takes up space too Hope this helped Smile
