From my experience the only reason you would wanna talk to him is because you have strong feelings for him. You really need to make a decision here, whether you really like him or not. I wouldn't consider an in between. It is quite likely that by talking to him, things between you two could get worse. either strait up telling him how you feel, or move on. Decide which option would be best for you in the long run, and follow that path.
