AppleTV audio optical out to wireless headphones?
I want to watch shows from my apple tv while listening through wireless headphones and the TV muted. How do I go about doing this?

Specifically, what's parts do I attach to the apple tv or TV and which headphones do I need?

I want to workout in the morning without waking up the whole house from the TV.
