Tumblr- gaining followers?

hey there! see i started my 4th tumblr a couple of weeks ago. I am currently at 186 followers, but its a bit hard to get more. I've been on tumblr plug and everything and i reblog people's promo posts ............. but i just need some more tips on how to gain followers- im sooo close to 200 and its getting a bit sad any tips or tricks??? thanks in advance!

ps. follow me if you want- i have a summer/ hipster (not so much though) and boho blog. I make banners and if u want message me and ill give your blog a rating out of 10 for different things just because its fun
