Feel like I'm always being watched and people have negative views on me?

Everywhere I go I seem to feel like either everybody is staring at me, or they're calling me names and whispering things behind my back... I actually feel like somebody's reading this whilst I'm typing it laughing at me... even with my private conversations on facebook.. I sometimes hide them because I feel like someones reading my private things.. EVEN when nobody's in the room or in the house... sounds weird but I just feel like this 24/7 with everything. I can't do anything with my boyfriend cus' of feeling like someones in the room staring at me... i can't take a shower without feeling like someones staring at me.... recently I started a new job, and constantly i'm thinking they're staring at me thinking I'm a freak and calling me eery name under the sun and its horrible to sit there thinking people are calling you names.. i feel terrible about myself.. i feel ugly.. i feel fat.. everything i HATE myself and i hate who i am as a person what is this? the psychiatrist in the hospital told me it sounded like i had anxiety but i dont know
