It depends on what type of person you would like to be. Once you have that in mind start making videos. To really stress it if you have a Facebook talk about it there, or a twitter or something like that, but don't talk about it too much or people will get tired of you. Besides don't even worry about the amount of subscribers, just have fun. If it looks like you are trying too hard people will get bored with you.
