How to stay motivated on my diet?

By not going on a diet. Diets don't work. How about instead of "going on a diet" you change the way you eat? Our bodies need so many nutrients, instead of eating a lot of food with low nutrients, eat less food with more nutrients. Eating food is not what makes you fat, eating bad food makes you fat. I have lost 30 pounds not eating less, I actually eat more, but by eating better. Once you start eating better, you can "slip". One bad meal isn't going to make you fat, like one healthy meal is going to make you skinny. For me one every 10 days.
