Yes,it is a very good phone.

Pros:
Included games:

It comes with these pre-installed games: NFS Shift, NFL Mobile, Let’s Golf 2.

The Samsung Stratosphere features a QWERTY keyboard.
Physical slide-out keyboard:

It has a convenient drawer full keyboard.

Includes a memory card:

It is great that the Samsung Stratosphere comes with a 4GB microSD memory card.
High talk time:

Its 480 minutes of talk time is above the average. Even if talk time ratings are not necessarily measured the same way by each manufacturer, this is still an indication that the Samsung Stratosphere might last more than other handsets.
Big battery:

With its 1800mAh of battery juice, we believe that the Stratosphere should be dependable for most applications (web surfing, video watching, etc.).
Lower than average radiation:

It has a SAR rating of just 0.45 w/kg, which is good, considering that SAR is expressed on a scale of 0 to 1.60 w/kg.

4G:

Cons:

Capacitive touch screen:

The touch screen is large, but it's only a capacitive model. Of course, capacitive screens are fine, but some analysts believe that resistive touch screens are much better.

The Stratosphere weighs 5.8 ounces. It's kind of chubbier-than-usual.
Heavyweight:

5.8 ounces is heavier-than-average. No matter if you keep it in a pocket or a purse, you may find the Stratosphere slightly heavy.

Have a nice day
