Get into contact with his manager Scooter Braun. His twitter is @scooterbraun or you could google him and go to his website. Or maybe members of his team: Allison Kaye, Alfredo Flores or maybe even with Justin Himself. Your best bet is with his manager. Justin loves to meet fans especially fans who are ill to make their day.
