iPhone 4S gray screen after LCD replacement?
I just replaced the LCD on my iPhone 4S and now when I press the power or home button I get a gray screen. The phone was working fine before (with the cracked screen). Does this have anything to do with the LCD or connectors? Or is this an over heating issue? I didn't take off the metal heat sinks from the motherboard so I don't see why it would overheat.

Any ideas?
