I am sorry to tell, but Cyber Security is a computer parasite, one of the dangerous ones, so you need to get rid of it as soon as you can. Try to do delete these files:
http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-cyber-security.html
Also, do a system scan with an anti-spyware program because some of trojans there might be left.
