How do not get distracted in college?

Well i am not distracted by people or other things. I just tend to dose off and not get my work done the way I want to. I will try and do it, then I would end up getting on my computer and then I would just fall asleep in my room. I do stay on campus, but I never stay a long time at the library like use to. I also do not get the chance to study for many hours, due to the fact that I always get distracted due to being tired or just feeling lazy. I would try to fight it, but I would give in. What are some good techniques that would help me stay on track? What do you do to prevent yourself from becoming distracted in this manner? Thanks for your answer.
