Father's unusual response to daughters behavior?

About a 14-year old girl I know:

Mother checks 14-year old daughters Instagram, twitter and facebook without her daughter knowing. She finds that her daughter is talking to another 14-year old girl about threesomes, foursomes, various porn sites. They are also drawing images of ejaculating penises with the comment, "yummy c*mmy."

The outraged mother confronts the daughter and tells the girls father (parents are divorced). The father's response: None. He says, "oh she's just joking around. I had a stack of playboys when I was her age. Then the father says he finds it odd the mother is so upset.

Now, when the daughter was at the fathers for a visit, he allowed her to setup a private instagram, facebook and twitter accounts...and block the mother.
