Plastic surgery isn't going to do a thing for your confidence, dude. It's not going to change your sense of humor or your social awkwardness or your conviction that you have to take drastic measures because you haven't met the right girl when you're not even completely done growing and maturing. It's not even necessarily going to make you more appealing physically, considering the potential for things to go wrong and that a lot of people find cosmetic enhancements repellent.

As for paying someone, sure, you could find a girl desperate enough. But you're not going to get any of the real benefits of having a girlfriend, because it'll be strictly business and she's guaranteed to leave when she can't fake it any more or gets a better offer. At which point, you'll go right back to feeling worthless and victimized by the world, and never meet someone who might change your belief that all women are shallow.
