In Notting Hill you couldn't find a one bedroom flat for as little as £8000/year. You are looking at minimum £1600-2000/month rent for a one-bedroom flat in Notting Hill. It's one of the most expensive places to live in London

In the UK they are called university. Colleges are for people age 16-18, it's not the same as in the US. There are no universities in Notting Hill
