Entertainment is, well, entertaining. Just like food is good to eat and laying in bed is enjoyable, but too much of anything is bad, if you are fat you stop eating like a pig, if you are staying in bed all day you need to get up and out of the house and life your life, being occasionally entertained is a good thing, but you need something to be entertained away from.
