Deleting your social networking sites is really the only think you can do. I have been a Belieber since 2009 and in 2011 I deleted my twitter because I wanted to focus on school.

6 months later I ended up making a new twitter. But in that 6 months I didn't feel as close to Justin as I did before.

I honestly don't feel like it's bad to love celebrities when they mean so much to you. But if you really want to stop caring so much, just stay off the internet.
