I know you want only positive feedback, and I really want to offer that, but you also need some constructive criticism. I'm not giving you a hard time, I think that if she really has mutual feelings about you, It will all be fine! HOWEVER, saying you deserve someone is not a good sign. You want her to know you deserve her, that makes it seem like you see her as a possession, and NO girl is a possession. You can "deserve" a vacation, a cup of hot cocoa, a drink, a high five, a promotion, but NOT a person.
I'm not sure if this is helpful at all, but if you do tell her that you think you deserve her, you should maybe re think your approach. You don't want to scare her off! If this really is true love, it doesn't hurt to go slow. I know that sounds difficult, but if you think about it, marriage is supposed to last your whole lifetime, taking a while to get to know her, and let her get to know you isn't a bad thing.
Good luck!
