How can I remove a virus that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Avast Antivirus cannot find to remove?

Here are a few options that may work

------------------------
For badly infected computers here are a few more options:
ComboFix ( http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix...-combofix)
I have seen ComboFix, first-hand help computers that were badly infected; new users, should only use this if reformatting SEEMS like the only hope, after MalwareBytes “fails”.
--------------------------------
If Malwarebytes "fails" ... here is a solution that may help.
1) Boot to Safe Mode
2) run Rkill (here is the Shortened URL to the official site .. I am sure there are scams out there claiming to be Rkill that are viruses, so watch where you download) ...
3) WITHOUT REBOOTING (STILL IN SAFE MODE) Run Malwarebytes (I would say Full Scan)
4) Reboot... I may still run my AV like Avast, Avira or Eset NOD32 with a full scan, but at least at this point it may "a little more back to normal"

(NOte: I am not saying those last 4 steps will work for you, but just a common fix I have seen for some pesky infections of malware)

------------------
Running a scan with Super Antispyware and/or Malwarebytes from a boot CD like the one I recommend below, may help

UBCD 4 Windows ( http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Boot...WIN.shtml)

-------------

I hope at least one of these options helps you.

Good luck,
